Description

Earlier in the summer, I learned of the passing of legendary cartoonist Jack Davis. With that came a bit of a trip on learning about his style, and it was a fun trip to take (highly recommended if you never have). I decided I wanted to give his much lankier style a shot and tried doing so with Goof and Alison. I did like the challenge of stretching out the limbs, as well as working on making faces still look familiar in a different art style. I'm hoping you can enjoy the end product here as well.

Jack Davis and his art style belong to him. Goof, Alison and the artwork belong to me.

I had to check out his name through a web browser search. Even if most his black and white cartoons are of a sketchy layered character. I do like the more realistic sized eyes and properly proportioned noses you gave Goof and Allison for this homage picture.
